The Platform

Cold delivered, governed, captured, and renewed.

CryoFlux is a closed-loop regenerative liquid nitrogen governance platform. It delivers cold in its optimal state to the point of thermal burden, governs the environment with precision, captures the resulting energy state, and returns it to the loop for continuous regeneration.

164 filed provisional patent applications under active prosecution with PKH IP (Perilla, Knox & Hildebrandt), with hundreds of additional documented innovations in the portfolio pipeline, organized as licensable technology families.

Core Competencies

Five technology families.

Cryogenic Thermal Distribution (CTD)
Foundational filed geometry for governed LN2 thermal distribution. Instrumented 316L SS test article in fabrication with a DLA sole-source qualified partner; independent flow validation completed (ATS, Marietta GA).
Helium Recovery & Quench Governance
Zero-atmospheric-loss helium management for superconducting magnet installations: rupture-disk elimination, quench energy harvesting, condensation return. Primary target: medical imaging fleet operations.
Superconducting Winding Thermal Governance
Distributed precision cryogen delivery for superconducting systems. Directly aligned with Navy STTR topic N25A-T028, distributed cooling of superconducting systems.
Data Center Cold Infrastructure
Zero-water, zero-refrigerant rack-scale and facility-scale cold distribution for AI compute density, with governed exhaust-model thermal management.
Closed-Loop LN2 Production & Regeneration
Point-of-consumption LN2 production and continuous reliquefaction: the regenerative engine underlying every lane. No trucking. No consumable loss.
Differentiators

Design outcomes, not sustainability footnotes.

Zero Water
No water consumption in high-performance thermal management
Zero HFCs
No HFCs or high-GWP refrigerants anywhere in the platform
Point-of-Use LN2
Produced at point of consumption, no trucking required
Net Power Advantage
Displaces the building-scale cooling plant and its power overhead

Active Program Status

The portfolio in motion.

  • Instrumented cryogenic test article, five-component 316L fixture, in fabrication with a multi-generation Navy fabricator, DLA sole-source qualified
  • Independent third-party flow validation completed: Applied Technical Services, Marietta GA
  • Navy STTR N25A-T028 alignment across the superconducting thermal governance family
  • Prosecution counsel engaged (PKH IP); enterprise prior-art platform active through 2027
Federal Identification

Collaboration Goal

Seeking strategic conversations, under NDA.

Open to licensing, joint development, sponsored research, SBIR/STTR teaming, and IP-development partnership with organizations positioned to evaluate, license, or partner on cryogenic thermal governance architecture across any of the eight commercial lanes. Patent-first discipline: achievements described; implementation details remain protected.
